Article Processing Charge
Publication Charges and Waiver Policy
The International Journal of Cyber Law (IJCL) publishes scholarly articles through an open-access model. To support the costs associated with editorial administration, manuscript processing, publication, online hosting, DOI registration, and other publishing services, the Journal applies the charges set out in this Policy.
All publication charges are administered transparently and separately from the Journal’s editorial and peer-review processes. The payment of any fee does not influence the evaluation, peer review, acceptance, rejection, or editorial treatment of a manuscript.
A. Article Processing Charge (APC)
IJCL charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of "100 US Dollar" for each manuscript accepted for publication.
The APC is payable only after the manuscript has successfully completed the Journal’s editorial and Journal’s official website.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, the charges applicable to a manuscript shall be those communicated to the author in accordance with the Journal’s applicable procedures.
