About the Journal

The International Journal of Cyber Law (IJCL) (ISSN: 0000-0000) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published by IRSHAD. The Journal provides a scholarly forum for original research and critical analysis concerning contemporary developments in law, legal institutions, regulation, and public policy at national, comparative, regional, and international levels.

IJCL publishes research that contributes to the understanding, interpretation, development, implementation, or evaluation of law and public policy. The Journal welcomes doctrinal, comparative, empirical, socio-legal, normative, and policy-oriented research, provided that submissions demonstrate methodological or analytical rigor and make a substantive contribution to existing scholarship.
